Frequently asked questions about entspannung365

How to book?

Ideally by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Of course we are also happy to receive your call. But unfortunately it will not always be possible for us to take your call, as we may be in treatment with a client. In that case, we will of course call you back as soon as possible.

Can I spontaneously extend my stay with a booked package?

Of course this is possible, as long as we do not have another booking right after you. Prices for the extension on request.

Exclusivity - Are there other people in the SPA when I/we have booked it?

No. No matter whether it's a massage, a treatment or a deluxe package. The rooms are reserved exclusively for your stay. With the exception of our staff, of course, who have access everywhere at all times.

Is the SPA textile-free?

It is of course up to you how you want to move around in the SPA. However, we have zones in which clothing-free is not desired. 
Again, there are treatments such as floating, which only achieve their full effect without clothing.

Can I take my child with me?

Entspannung365 is a place of tranquillity. However, depending on the booked treatment (special mother/father/child package), this is possible. Please note, however, that we do not offer childcare and that children and teenagers are not allowed to go alone in the SPA/pool area for safety reasons. 
Children/young people under the age of 16 are generally not allowed access to entspannung365 without parental guidance. 
Your child will of course have controlled access to our HBO pressure chamber and the float application when booking health-related therapies (see HBO / FLOATING).

Can I take my pet with me?

No, for hygiene reasons no animals are allowed in the SPA, e.g. dogs are welcome to wait outside.

How can I pay?

We accept the following means of payment:

Can I pay my application subscription or deluxe package on account?

Yes, this is possible, the invoice will be sent to you in advance for prepayment.

Are there discounts on treatment subscriptions?

Yes, for massage / HBO and float treatments there are 10 or 20-package subscriptions with reduced prices.

Companies/sports clubs have the option of permanently reserving their own packages and repetitive time slots. We will be happy to advise you on this.

If you post us and your experiences on social media, you will receive a 2% discount on your next booking.

Can I bring my own drinks and food?

No. A variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (including fruit juices) and snacks are available. These are also already included in the price of all Deluxe packages.

Can I cancel a booking?

Of course. Free cancellation of booked packages is possible up to one week (168 hours) before the booking date. Free cancellations of individual treatments such as massages, HBOT or floating must be notified 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the booking. The cancellation is valid after we have confirmed it. You can find cost shares and cancellation fees in our terms and conditions.

Can I arrive by public transport?

Of course this is possible. 
Ideally, you should travel by train to Effretikon station and then take bus 655 in the direction of Ottikon/Kyburg Dorf.
The bus stop where you have to leave the bus is called "Ottikon". Entspannung365 is about a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.

Where can I park?

Own parking spaces are available, including 2 deluxe parking spaces directly in front of the entrance.
