HBOT - Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Despite its strength, the human body is a fragile structure. As long as it is healthy, we feel strong and nothing can shake us. Our job is to take care of our body in such a way that it remains healthy or can recover as well and efficiently as possible after an illness.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy cannot work "miracles" - but it can do an amazing amount of other things...
This kind of regeneration is revolutionary, not only in the wellness sector. With a slight overpressure in the pressure chamber, your blood can absorb more oxygen. More oxygen means more energy and faster regeneration in case of exhaustion. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy activates and promotes healing processes in wound healing. We will be happy to advise you personally about the many possibilities.

Latest study on Long-Covid and HBOT
The latest study from Tel Aviv University has proven that HBO therapy has a positive influence on the course of treatment of long-covoid symptoms and thus supports convalescence after COVID-19 disease. Our experience also shows that the sooner treatment is started after a disease, the more successful the course of treatment.
HBOT and COVID19 (Long-COVID) long-term symptoms
After a COVID19 disease, patients often suffer from various symptoms for a long time, such as lung deficits, concentration difficulties and exhaustion. We have been able to successfully minimise these deficits in our clients. Fatigue and exhaustion can be reduced after only a few applications and the oxygen content in the blood has been shown to stabilise at a normal level. In contrast to IHHT therapy, no side effects or undesirable phenomena have been observed with HBO treatment.
We would be happy to inform you about the treatment options and procedures for LongCOVID symptoms.

Fields of application
The HBOT is optimal for many areas of application. Here are some examples:
- Anti Aging
- Detox
- Lung deficits due to COVID19 or other lung diseases
- Slowed or disturbed wound healing (e.g. diabetic foot)
- Chronic inflammation (Cron's disease, etc.)
- Burn injuries
- Regeneration after sporting performance
- Strengthening of the immune system
- etc.
How does the HBO work?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) works with pure medical oxygen in a special chamber. In the HBOT chamber, additional oxygen is supplied to you under increased ambient pressure. One therapy session lasts about 60 minutes.
With this therapy, the tissues and lungs are supplied with more oxygen and the blood absorbs several times more oxygen. The increased oxygen content sets biological processes in motion, stimulates healthy cells to divide more quickly and activates stem cells that support self-healing and regeneration and thus promotes well-being, has an anti-inflammatory effect and regenerates the body.
Risks
HBO is free of risks, painless and gentle. It should only be avoided during pregnancy, after lung surgery, in the case of chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract and claustrophobia. If in doubt, ask us or consult your family doctor.
How long does an HBO therapy last?
One treatment lasts approx. 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the indication. Experience has shown that the best results can be achieved with an initial 10 treatments during 2 weeks (every 1-2 days) and then 1-2 treatments per week for two months.
